Prof. Apostolou Dimitris
Prof. Dimitris Apostolou is faculty member at the Dept. of Informatics, Univ. Piraeus, and director of the Decision Support Systems Lab. Until 2022 he was the director of the MSc in Cybersecurity and Data Science. He teaches Decision Support Systems (DSS) and Knowledge Management at under- and post-graduate level. His research interests include Intelligent DSS and Business Process & Knowledge Management Systems.
Dr Christodoulakis Vasilios
Dr. Vasileios Christodoulakis is a Lawyer and holds a Ph.D. Degree in Law (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens). He has taught courses in Constitutional Law, human rights and political theory at undergraduate and postgraduate level at the University of Patras and as a member of Collaborating Teaching Staff of the Hellenic Open University. His research interests include moral and legal philosophy, bioethics and technoethics, and human rights.

Prof. Despotis Dimitris
Prof. Dimitris Despotis is faculty member at the Dept. of Informatics, Univ. Piraeus, and member of the Decision Support Systems Lab. He teaches DSS and Optimization Techniques at under- and post-graduate level. His research interests include Performance Measurement, Data Envelopment Analysis, and Multicriteria Decision Analysis.

Prof. Konstantopoulos Charalampos
Prof. Charalampos Konstantopoulos is faculty member at the Dept. of Informatics, Univ. Piraeus, and director of the Discrete Informatics and Theoretical Informatics Lab. He teaches Algorithms and Optimization Techniques at under- and post-graduate level. His research interests include Parallel & Distributed Algorithms, Mobile Computing, and Sensor Networks.

Dr. Gregoris Koronakos is post-doctoral researcher at the Dept. of Informatics, Univ. Piraeus, and member of the Decision Support Systems Lab. He teaches DSS and Business Analytics at under- and post-graduate level. His research interests include Multicriteria Decision Analysis, Multi-objective Programming, and Data Envelopment Analysis.

Prof. Papadimitriou Athanasios
Prof. Athanasios Papadimitriou is a faculty member at the University of Peloponnese at the Dept. of Digital Systems, and member of the Embedded Systems Lab at the University of Piraeus. He teaches Hardware Security and Embedded Systems at under- and post-graduate level. His research interests include Hardware Security and Reliable Embedded Systems.
Dr. Papastefanatos George
Dr. George Papastefanatos is a senior researcher at the Information Management Systems Institute (IMSI), Athena RIC. He teaches Big Data Management and Analytics at post-graduate level. His research interests include Data Science and Visual Analytics, Big Data Management, and Web Data Management.

Prof. Sotiropoulos Dionisios
Prof. Dionisios Sotiropoulos is faculty member at the Dept. of Informatics, Univ. Piraeus. He teaches Bio-inspired Software Development and Digital Social Networks at under- and post-graduate level. His research interests include Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning, and Bio-inspired Computing.

Prof. Yannis Theodoridis is faculty member at the Dept. of Informatics, Univ. Piraeus, and director of the Data Science Lab. He teaches Data Management, Data Analytics, and GIS at under- and post-graduate level. His research interests include Big Data, Spatial Databases, and Mobility Data Analytics.
Dr Zografopoulos Dimitris
Dr. Dimitris Zografopoulos is a member of the Athens Bar Association and a specialist scientist at the Hellenic Data Protection Authority since January 2006. Since April 2018, he has been serving at the Ministry of Health and has taken over the duties of the Data Protection Officer (DPO). He holds a PhD in Comparative Labor Law (Université de Strasbourg III – Robert Schuman). He has participated in the negotiations for the “data protection reform package” (General Regulation on the Protection of the Individual from the Processing of Personal Data (GDPR) and the Directive on the areas of criminal law).
